That’s why, when you decide to purchase a pair of designer frames like those at Jonathon Bryan you are creating an investment in yourself and that’s why we offer a complimentary aftercare service – for as long as you own your Jonathon Bryan spectacles!
In the first few days or possibly even weeks after purchasing your new eyewear you may feel that your frame requires fitting or adjustments. If that’s the case, we want you to come back to our store to make sure they are perfect for you.
Checking your eyewear is always essential, that’s why we advise that you come in 6 – 12 months after purchase for a complementary spectacle service. This is to make sure your eyewear is still performing at its optimum.
Our eyewear services are available to all of customers throughout the lifetime of a Jonathon Bryan purchase.
Parking charges should never be the reason why you don’t choose to come to our store and purchase new eyewear. Chester has unfortunately gotten very expensive for parking so we have to come to a bit of a solutions.
From December 2020 we will pay your parking up to £10 when making a purchase over £100* at Jonathon Bryan Opticians. Don’t forget to let us know at the time of your purchase as we can’t reimburse afterwards.

From fixes to alterations and even repairs, our in-house team are there to ensure that you are covered for everything you require. Our same day service for minor repairs means you’re never left struggling to get on with your day.
